The Case of Needle Roller Bearing for American Customers

This is a bearing used by American customers in the automotive industry, needle roller bearing.

We got to know this customer in 2020. He made an inquiry for bearings and we gave a patient answer. The customer was worried that the products ordered could not achieve the use effect and ordered 1000 sets of bearings for the first time.

One month later, the customer talked with us about a new plan. The outer ring of the bearing requires special technology. Just as we provided this kind of bearing to our British customers, we gave them drawings, photos, and videos. The customer purchased 100 sets of samples from us and went back for testing.

Another month later, the customer gave us a purchase order for 6000 sets of such bearings, so we continued our cooperation for a year.

In 2021, the customer had new requirements for this product, requiring a new process design for the inner ring of the bearing. Our engineer team began to develop and test. In one month, we made 60 samples and sent them to the United States. The customer's test results are very good, with an order of 6000 sets. It was carried out during power rationing in China. Although the delivery date was delayed by 10 days, the customer was very satisfied after receiving the product.

In May 2022, the customer contacted us and asked for the design of two kinds of inner sleeves. Finally, he asked us to put the two designs together into one product. According to the requirements of customers, we began to research and develop, test, and give customers samples for testing. In July, we received an order for 30000 sets of bearings.
