Adjust the bearing after installation
When installing, do not directly hammer the bearing end face andnon-bearing face. Press the block, sleeve or other mounting tools should beused to make the bearing uniformly stressed. If the mounting surface islubricated, the installation will be easier. If the interference fit is larger,should put the bearing into the mineral oil in installation as soon as possibleafter heating to 80 ~ 90 ℃, strictly control the oil temperature does not exceed 100 ℃, in order to prevent the effect of temperinghardness decrease and recovery effect size. When meet the difficult indisassembly, it is recommended that you use the disassembly tool to pulloutward and carefully pour hot oil on the inner ring. The heat will cause theinner ring of the bearing to expand, thus making it easy to fall off.
Not all bearings require a minimum working clearance, and you mustselect a suitable clearance depending on the working conditions. In international4604-93, the rolling bearing radial clearance is divided into five groups -2group, 0 group, 3 group, 4 group and 5 group, and the clearance value increasessuccessively from small to large, among which the 0 group is the standardclearance. The basic radial clearance group is suitable for general operatingconditions, normal temperature and common interference fit. Bearing workingunder special conditions such as high temperature, high speed, low noise andlow friction should use large radial clearance. Small radial clearance shouldbe used for precision spindle and bearing of machine tool. A small workingclearance can be maintained for roller bearings. In addition, there is noclearance for the separated bearing. Finally, the working clearance afterbearing installation is smaller than the original clearance beforeinstallation, because the bearing has to bear a certain amount of loadrotation, as well as the elastic deformation caused by bearing coordination andload. For the problem of seal defects with inlaid sealing bearings, two stepsneed to be strictly carried out in the process of adjustment.
1. The inlaid sealing bearing cover structure is changed to bothsides of the bearing, which is adjusted from the mounting structure of thebearing of the equipment. No direct contact with the bearing is required, andthe bearing is provided with dustproof treatment from the outside of thebearing. This kind of structure seal effect is higher than the bearing selfseal which is sold by the bearing agent, which directly blocks the invasionpath of granular material and ensures the cleaning of the bearing interior.This structure improves the cooling space of the bearing and does little damageto the anti-fatigue performance of the bearing.
2. Although the external seal of the bearing has a good seal effect,the heat dissipation path is also blocked, so it is necessary to installcooling components. The cooling device can reduce the operating temperature ofthe lubricant. After cooling, the heat is dissipated naturally and thehigh-temperature operation of the bearing can be avoided.
