During installation, do not directly hammer the bearing end face and non-stressed surface. Use pressing block, sleeve or other installation tools to evenly stress the bearing. Do not install the bearing by transferring power through the rolling body. If the surface of the installation is coated with lubricating oil, the installation will be more smooth. If the interference is large, the bearing should be installed as soon as possible after being heated into mineral oil to 80~90℃, and the oil temperature should be strictly controlled to be less than 100℃ to prevent the hardness reduction of tempering effect and affect the size recovery. When disassembly is difficult, it is recommended that you use the disassembly tool to pull outward while carefully pouring hot oil on the inner ring. The heat will cause the inner ring of the bearing to expand, thus making it easy to fall off.
Not all bearings require a minimum working clearance, you must select the appropriate clearance according to the conditions. In the national standard 4604-93, the radial clearance of rolling bearing is divided into five groups: group 2, group 0, group 3, group 4 and group 5. The clearance value increases from small to large, and group 0 is the standard clearance. The basic radial clearance group is suitable for general operating conditions, conventional temperature and common interference fit. In high temperature, high speed, low noise, low friction and other special conditions, the bearing should be selected radial clearance; Small radial clearance should be selected for precision spindle and spindle bearing of machine tool. A small working clearance can be maintained for roller bearings. In addition, there is no clearance for separated bearings; Finally, the working clearance after the bearing is installed is smaller than the original clearance before installation, because the bearing has to bear a certain amount of load rotation, as well as the elastic deformation caused by bearing fit and load.
In order to solve the problem of seal defects of the bearing with Mosaic seal, there are two steps to be strictly carried out in the process of adjustment.
1. Insert seal bearing cover structure shall be changed to both sides of the bearing. The installation structure of equipment bearing shall be adjusted without direct contact with the bearing. This kind of structure seal effect is higher than the bearing itself seal sold by the bearing agent, which directly blocks the invasion path of granular material and ensures the cleaning inside the bearing. This structure improves the heat dissipation space of the bearing and does little damage to the fatigue resistance of the bearing.
2. Bearing external sealing method although the sealing effect is good, the heat dissipation path is also blocked, so it is necessary to install the cooling parts. The cooling device can reduce the operating temperature of the lubricant. After cooling, it can dissipate heat naturally and avoid the high-temperature running of the bearing.
